All projects are subject to site inspection, engineering feasibility, and local permitting requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if a project falls outside our scope of expertise or safety parameters.
Pricing & Payments
At TrueShade Outdoor, our financial process is engineered for structural clarity. We maintain a transparent pricing policy so you know exactly what to expect from the initial site evaluation through to final installation.
Estimates & Pricing
All initial project estimates are provided entirely free of charge and remain fully non-binding. Because every outdoor living space requires unique structural considerations, final project pricing will be officially confirmed and documented in your written contract prior to commencement.
Payment Terms
To properly schedule your installation and procure necessary aluminum materials, a preliminary deposit is required before any structural work begins. The remaining balance will be due in full strictly upon the successful completion of the project, as verified by our quality assurance team.
Legal Protections
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueShade Outdoor and King Engineering Group INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Southern California, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
